HISTORY

TransForm was founded in 1999 with initial technology licensed from Millennium Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ:MLNM). As a private company, TransForm developed its unique form and formulation technology platforms which it successfully applied to its own products and to the products of its partners, which included Johnson & Johnson. On April 4th, 2005, TransForm was acquired by Johnson & Johnson for approximately $230 million.
